By engaging to rent with an MMVI.media affiliated (hereinafter referred to as the “Studio”) photography/videography studio you, the undersigned (herein referred to as the “Client or Member”), hereby state that you have read, fully understand and agree to be bound by the following Membership Agreement.

Membership Commitment

In order to obtain membership, a mandatory minimum commitment of 3 months is required for all membership plans. Upon enrollment, the initial payment for the first month will be processed, followed by monthly charges for subsequent months. Following the initial 3-month period, members retain the option to cancel at any time prior to their upcoming billing cycle.

Renewal Clause

Memberships are automatically renewed on a monthly basis, persisting unless terminated before the forthcoming billing cycle subsequent to the initial 3-month commitment period.

Membership Ownership

Membership benefits are non-transferable. The Member must be the rightful owner of the MMVI Media membership or have a direct association with it, such as through an agency.

Membership Benefits

Members are entitled to the studio time hours and additional benefits specified in their chosen membership package. Any additional hours beyond the allocated monthly limit are subject to the standard or discounted hourly rate.

Membership Packages

To access and utilize the MMVI Media Membership, the Client is obligated to fulfill payment of all pertinent fees. The fees are structured on a tiered basis as follows:
 

Basic Membership: Members agree to pay MMVI Media a monthly fee of $149.00, this membership provides Members with six (6) hours of studio time. Any extra studio hours will incur a reduced rate of $35.00 per hour. Additionally, members will gain access to MMVI Business profile services, photography equipment packages, and social media exposure. OR

Premium Membership: Members agree to pay MMVI Media a monthly fee of $399.00, this membership provides Members with twenty (20) hours of studio time. Any extra studio hours will incur a reduced rate of $25.00 per hour. Additionally, members will gain access to MMVI Business profile services, photography equipment packages, social media exposure and studio keypad access. OR

 

Elite Membership: Members agree to pay MMVI Media a monthly fee of $599.00, this membership provides Members with Thirty (30) hours of studio time. Any extra studio hours will incur a reduced rate of $20.00 per hour. Additionally, members will gain access to MMVI business profile services, photography equipment packages, social media exposure, studio keypad access, studio workspace, studio podcasting equipment package and studio audio/video equipment package.

By becoming a MMVI member and booking a session with any MMVI affiliated studios through the mmvi website or any of its apps, clients and members implicitly agree to adhere to these terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure a fair and transparent usage policy.
